Thought leaders and initiators
Our research and our broader approach to planning through contextual studies, amenity and the use of cutting edge technology, enables us to identify significant issues very early on in the process. This ‘real life’ approach to planning allows us to be more agile and responsive for our clients, whilst considering the needs of all affected by a project.
“GIA have a pioneering approach to embracing PropTech that enables them to offer a great service that is adapts to clients’ needs. The property and construction sector always tends to lag behind other industries in R&D. Firms like GIA show just what can be achieved by embracing technology to innovate and find more effective ways of solving problems.”

Challenging the guidelines
With a growing population and up to 70% of us living in cities by 2050, GIA recognises the inherent tension between the need to meet development targets, balanced against the quality of life for existing residents. When holistically considering new development, we focus on the wider context of the urban environment, considering the different aspects of human wellbeing and amenity.
“The Team at GIA have an unwavering quality that binds them together – they are driven to be the best in class. Their devotion to that goal fuels every aspect of the experience you get in working with them; from innovation and technological advancements, to problem solving and service delivery. Anyone involved in real estate should be speaking with them”
