GIA were employed to provide boundary advice and advise the client of their rights under the Party Act 1996 for this project which required listed building consent.
GIA successfully completed the Party Wall Awards with associated scaffolding oversailing and undertaking details condition surveys.
GIA also ensure that each neighbouring stakeholder was kept aware of the project to ensure good neighbourly relationships.
