Project Description

Meadowside, Manchester

Design, amenity and Right to Light is so important for this 40-storey tower

This Manchester city centre scheme worth £200m will see over 750 apartments over four buildings. The Hong Kong developer, Far East Consortium has partnered with Co-op and Hermes Investment Management to create buildings that will reach 12, 17, 22 and 40 storeys and comprise 756 apartments.

GIA established a Rights to Light strategy, working closely with FEC’s legal team. We continue to work closely with FEC to assess any impact from the scheme on residential design and amenity in the area.
