Colmore Row, Birmingham
A 26 story landmark building required GIA specialist Light Consultancy to gain planning permission
Birmingham’s NatWest Tower, Colmore Row will be replaced with a new £60m 26-storey landmark building being developed by Sterling Property Ventures in partnership with Rockspring. The building will stand at 346ft high, with the apex at 807ft above sea level.
Outer screens of silver vertical blades will add interest to the façade, reflecting the light as it changes throughout the day and lending the building a vibrant quality.
