Contract Administrator and Principal Designer, Port of Liverpool Building, Liverpool

GIA were appointed in the role of Contract Administrator and Principal Designer by the Managing Agents of a historic office building in Liverpool. The scheme involved the refurbishment of WC accommodation in a Grade II* Listed Building with existing features being retained. Working alongside heritage architects, GIA successfully exceeded the clients brief.
