GIA were instrumental in the design evolution of this scheme
GIA were involved from the initial feasibility stages of the Newman Street project in 2011 and instrumental in the design evolution of the scheme. GIA undertook detailed daylight, sunlight and overshadowing analyses and prepared supporting documentation for the Planning Application. GIA concluded all Rights of Light negotiations with surrounding properties and the development was completed in Spring 2017.
