Riverside House, Salford

GIA have recently agreed separate Party Wall Awards on behalf of Muse Developments for demolition, adjacent excavation and line of junction works in order to maintain their on-going phased development of the New Bailey scheme in Salford.

The Riverside House site is bound by the River Irwell, Irwell Street and the existing Ralli Quay buildings. The scheme involves complex facade retention works and improved connection with the river.

Works were undertaken by Bardsley Construction Limited. Notifiable elements were given full consideration to permit the works, whilst ensuring the adjacent tenant and their landlord (via their respective appointed surveyors) were satisfied with the sequence/methodology and impact mitigation systems agreed.
