GIA are advising St Albans District Council as part of their extensive redevelopment of the ‘Civic Centre’ circa 1968, which is at located the heart of the city centre.

Neighbourly matters advice is split into the initial disconnections and subsequent excavation/foundation works associated with replacement of the existing police station etc. adjacent the retained operational Magistrates’ Court and separate office building that is currently undergoing conversion into luxury apartments.

This phased approach is ensuring that agreements are in place as detailed design information and construction methodology is provided, as well as maintaining programme and safeguarding the Adjoining Owner’s property.
